A massive well done to our soon-to-be Under 16s player who went for trials with the Player Development Hub.

A total of 7 players were put forward and attended selection sessions with 240 players from clubs in the West. From the initial selection, this was dropped to 90 who competed in a further selection stage.

There is now a 55-player training group for the academy, and in that group, Angus Dunnet has been selected to be part of that squad.

A massive congratulations to Angus and all the hard work he has put in to get there. Angus has been a Wandie since the age of 4, developing and improving his skills at each age group.

We wish him the best of luck with the ongoing academy sessions and can’t wait to see what he can achieve over the coming season.
